1. Parties

These terms govern the sale of goods through forrpont.com by FORPONT ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company holding GSTIN 10AAHCF0962G1Z2, with its registered office at C/O Somani Devi, Nariar Road, Nariar, Saharsa, Bihar - 852201 ("we", "us", "our"), to you, the customer ("you", "your").

2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website, placing an order or accepting a delivery, you agree to be bound by these terms together with our privacy policy, refund and cancellation policy and shipping and delivery policy, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you order on behalf of a firm, company or project, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.

We supply within India only.

4. Products and specification

We take care to describe every line accurately. Technical specifications — size, thickness, grade, finish, coverage, pack quantity — are drawn from the manufacturer's own product information and presented on the product page.

  • Photographs and on-screen colours are indicative. Screen rendering varies, and material appearance changes under different lighting.
  • Tiles, paint, stone and similar materials vary between production batches within normal manufacturing tolerance. This is not a defect. See clause 5 of the refund policy.
  • Dimensions, weights and coverage figures are subject to the manufacturer's stated tolerances.
  • Where a specification is critical to your design, approval or compliance requirement, confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

Stock availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Where a line becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer a substitute or a full refund.

5. Pricing and GST

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
  • Delivery is included in the price shown. No shipping charge is added at checkout.
  • The final payable amount, including the GST component, is shown before you confirm payment.
  • A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order.
  • Prices may change without notice, but the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.

Where a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will tell you promptly and either confirm the correct price for your approval or cancel the order with a full refund.

Any discount, promotional code or quantity rate is subject to the conditions stated with it and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and, where applicable, payment has cleared. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything paid — where:

  • the material is unavailable or the lead time has changed materially;
  • the delivery pincode is not serviceable for that consignment type;
  • a pricing or specification error is identified;
  • the details supplied are incomplete, inconsistent or fail our verification checks;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or resale in breach of these terms.

7. Payment

We accept UPI through a secure third-party payment gateway, and cash on delivery where offered for your pincode. Payment credentials are handled by the gateway; we do not receive or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

For cash on delivery, the exact amount stated on the docket is payable to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of cash on delivery consignments may result in the facility being withdrawn from your account or address.

8. Delivery, title and risk

Delivery timelines, handover arrangements and the treatment of damage in transit are set out in full in the shipping and delivery policy. In summary: dispatch within 24 working hours, estimated delivery 5-9 business days, delivery included in the price.

  • Title in the goods passes to you on receipt of full payment.
  • Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, or on handover to any person present at that address who accepts the consignment.
  • Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and are not of the essence of the contract.

9. Site conditions and offloading

Heavy, bulk and palletised material is delivered kerbside, at the nearest point the delivery vehicle can safely and lawfully reach. You are responsible for:

  • ensuring safe, legal vehicle access to the delivery address;
  • arranging labour and any equipment needed to offload and move material;
  • having an authorised person present to receive and sign for the consignment;
  • storing material correctly once delivered, particularly cement and other moisture-sensitive goods.

We are not liable for deterioration caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.

10. Cancellation and returns

Cancellation rights, the 7-day return window, the categories of material that cannot be returned once opened or made to order, damage claims and refund timelines are set out in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Warranties

Goods are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered; the manufacturer's terms apply to any such warranty claim and we will assist you in making it. We warrant that goods supplied will correspond to the description on the product page at the time of order, subject to clause 4.

Save as expressly stated in these terms and as required by applicable law, all other warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, are excluded. In particular we give no warranty as to the suitability of any material for a specific application, structural design or site condition. Selecting the correct material for your project — and taking professional advice where needed — remains your responsibility.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contract, project delay costs, labour standing time, or costs of removing and reinstating installed material.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to place fraudulent, speculative or automated orders, to submit false identity or contact details, to interfere with the operation or security of the site, to scrape or reproduce the catalogue, or to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, product photography, specification presentation and the design of the site itself — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print it for your own purchasing purposes. Reproduction, republication or commercial use without our written permission is not permitted.

Third-party brand names and trade marks appearing on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods supplied.

15. Privacy and data

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, monsoon and flood disruption, fire, epidemic, strikes, transport disruption, failure of utilities or telecommunications, and acts of government.

17. Grievance redressal

Complaints should first be raised with customer support. Where the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction it may be escalated to our grievance officer, whose details are published on the grievance redressal page in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

19. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. The terms that apply to an order are those in force at the time the order is placed.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
