1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India to any serviceable pincode. Serviceability can be checked on every product page and again at checkout before you pay. A small number of remote, hill and restricted-access pincodes are not serviceable for heavy or palletised material; where that applies we tell you before taking payment, not afterwards.

We do not currently ship outside India.

2. Delivery charges

Delivery is included in the price shown against every product. There is no separate shipping line added at checkout, and no minimum order value you have to reach to qualify for it. The total displayed on the product page, in your order list and at checkout is the total charged and the total on the tax invoice.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The GST component is shown separately at checkout and on the invoice.

3. Dispatch timelines

  • Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day.
  • Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM IST, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
  • In all cases the dispatch commitment is within 24 working hours of a confirmed order.
  • Where an item is shown as available on order rather than in stock, we confirm the lead time to you in writing before dispatch.

An order is treated as confirmed when payment has cleared, or, for cash on delivery orders, when the order has been logged and verified.

4. Transit timelines

Estimated delivery is 5-9 business days from the date of dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed date. Transit time varies with distance, consignment weight, courier capacity and local conditions.

Delivery may take longer than the estimate during monsoon disruption, transport strikes, festival peaks, natural events and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where we know of a delay, we tell you.

You receive the courier name and tracking reference by email once the consignment is dispatched, and the same detail appears on the order tracking page.

5. Handover at site

Building materials are not handled like parcels, so the handover differs by consignment type:

  • Light consignments — fittings, hardware, lighting, paint in small quantity — are delivered to the door.
  • Heavy, bulk or palletised consignments — cement, aggregate, tile pallets, sanitaryware, structural steel — are delivered kerbside, at the nearest point the delivery vehicle can safely and lawfully reach.

For kerbside deliveries, arranging labour on site to offload and move the material is the customer's responsibility. Drivers are not able to carry material up stairs, into a building, or beyond the point of unloading.

Please make sure someone authorised is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the consignment. Give a contact mobile number that will be answered during the day.

6. Packing standards

Material is packed for road transport, not for a shelf:

  • Tiles are corner-protected, interleaved and double-strapped on the pallet.
  • Sanitaryware and vitreous items are foam-crated and marked as fragile.
  • Paint, adhesive and liquids travel upright with seal protection.
  • Bagged material is shrink-wrapped against moisture ingress in transit.

7. Shortage or damage in transit

Please inspect the consignment before signing for it.

  • Note any visible damage, shortage or tampering on the delivery docket before you sign. This single step is what makes a claim straightforward.
  • Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and of the outer packaging.
  • We arrange a replacement or a full refund for verified transit damage or shortage, including breakage on tile and sanitaryware.

Claims raised after 48 hours, or for consignments signed for as received in good condition without any note on the docket, are considerably harder to substantiate with the carrier and may not be accepted.

8. Staged and bulk delivery

For larger orders we can stage delivery in phases to match your site programme rather than delivering everything at once. Where shade consistency matters — tile, paint, stone — we reserve a single production batch for the length of the job wherever stock allows.

Staged delivery is arranged in advance. Send us the scope and we will plan the phases and the batch reservation with you.

9. Failed or refused delivery

If a consignment cannot be delivered because nobody was available at the address, access was not possible, or the contact number went unanswered, the courier will normally reattempt delivery.

Where delivery fails after reasonable reattempts and the consignment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery of heavy or bulk consignments may attract the actual freight cost incurred, which we will tell you before arranging it.

Refusing delivery of a correctly supplied order is treated as a cancellation and handled under the refund and cancellation policy.

10. Contact

For any question about a delivery, quote the order reference from your confirmation email.
